General regulations Covid 19 Shelters

We must take into account these general conditions that will be given in all shelters to minimize the risk of contagion by Covid in addition to the particular conditions that may be given in each shelter that can be consulted on their website or in the conditions of each shelter at when making the reservation.

  • The USE OF A MASK is established as MANDATORY in the refuge facilities.
  • Disinfectant solution for HAND DISINFECTION will be made available to users. Necessary upon arrival at the refuge and continuous hand washing will be recommended.
  • The check-in / check-out will be carried out by the interlocutor of the group or user in front of the nursery, always guaranteeing distances and security measures.
  • THE COMMON USE REST FOOTWEAR that the shelters provided on a regular basis are ELIMINATED, you must bring your own rest footwear.
  • LOCKERS The shelters will have lockers for users, a locker will be delivered for each user, duly clean and numbered.
  • The ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY of the shelters is reduced. This will be marked by the nature of each group of people housed, the characteristics of the facility and the regulations to be applied in each one. As a general rule, cohabiting groups may occupy 100% of the places in a room.
  • BLANKETS, QUILTS AND PILLOWS WILL BE REMOVED. NO blankets or bedding will be provided, USERS MUST RAISE THEIR OWN SLEEPING BAG.
  • The USE OF THE DINING ROOM is restricted until new norm, it will be used for: breakfasts, lunches and dinners, in the hours and shifts that the nursery will mark. It is about minimizing the permanent presence in common spaces. Providing a maximum capacity, in such a way that the safety distance between users is respected, taking into account the particularities of each Refuge, we will try to establish spaces between people from different groups.
  • It is necessary and in many cases MANDATORY THE RESERVATION to have the services of the refuge (dinner, overnight ...) to control the capacity and maximum capacity of each refuge.
  • CLEANING AND DISINFECTION PERIOD; The refuge facilities will endeavor to be free from users by adopting the necessary measures, in common use spaces. It will try to maintain a CONTINUED VENTILATION OF SPACES (bearing in mind, the winds and storms that can prevent the maintenance of said measure).
  • FREE KITCHENS WILL BE CLOSED until new norm. The Refuge cannot guarantee permanent surveillance of users who cook on their own, to avoid cross-infection between users, it is temporarily closed.
